Garden Manager
40 hrs per week – Residential position living at OAEC

The Garden Manager is an important role at OAEC as the steward of our historic Mother Garden. The Garden Manager manages and implements all aspects of our demonstration, food production and educational garden which grows food primarily for OAEC’s programs and rentals and has a close relationship with our Kitchen Manager, staff and community.  The position is 40 hours, five days/week. Annual salary is set at $53,391 (non-negotiable), plus generous vacation time and other benefits. We would prefer that the Garden Manager live on-site at OAEC, but are open to qualified applicants who live locally in West Sonoma County. We are aiming for a start date of Monday, June 12th.
