Manage/Lease 3 acre Orchard (avocados and some mixed fruit trees)

We are looking for an experienced individual(s) to either lease or manage a 3 acre established orchard.  The avocado orchard consists of mature tree varietals of Hass, Lamb Hass and Fuerte.  The smaller mixed fruit orchard is comprised of fig, apple, plum, kiwi, and pomegranate trees/bush.

The requested work would include:  routine irrigation check/repair, non chemical weed control, arrange and manage pruning and harvesting.  We are not certified organic but do not spray for thrips and persea mites.  There is an intact fertigation system that can be used for fertilizing.  .
