While there may be light at the end of the tunnel for many of us, farms and families across the Sacramento Region are still struggling through the pandemic. One hopeful initiative advancing community-rooted solutions is Community Connections 95820, which connects families and small farms to redesign food systems and eliminate hunger in low income communities.
