We, at the Agave Farm, are committed to practicing organic and sustainable agriculture through the implementation of agroecological techniques. These include enhancing crop diversification, using organic fertilizers, conserving water, and protecting invertebrates. We actively promote carbon sequestration by reducing soil disturbance, improving soil biodiversity, utilizing cover crops and mulching, applying compost annually, and incorporating agroforestry practices within our agave plantations. We specialize in Agave for spirits like Tequila, Mezcal, pulque, bacanora and agua miel. they are genuine and traceable and we offer over 25 different varieties.
