We don’t mean to brag, but we’ve heard from customers that our produce is absolutely the freshest they’ve ever tasted. We harvest 1 to 2 days before you receive your box. It’s the freshest food possible. Many CSAs buy produce from other farms and redistribute it. This can add days or even weeks to the harvest-to-home freshness. We wait till the produce is at its peak of ripeness before picking, even if it would be more convenient to pick earlier. So if it’s in your box, it’s absolutely the best produce in the field at that time of year. This is high-nutrition food, filled with life-giving energy and vitality.
