Live Oak Farm strives to be Sonoma county’s first agrihood. We are a 33 acre farm and community with approximately 10 acres of certified organic fruit and vegetable production. 2 acre lots are currently available for sale. We have a farm stand and a community space under construction which will incorporate an outdoor community kitchen.
