County Line Harvest began as six acres of farmland on the Sonoma-Marin County line in California. Today, we farm 35 acres in Petaluma year round, and 120 acres in Thermal over the winter season. We are incredibly grateful for our farm crews in Petaluma and Thermal who help cultivate our fields and harvest, pack, and transport our produce. We provide year-round employment for our core crew and seasonal work to an additional 35-40 people between our two locations. We are passionate about maintaining a safe and supportive environment for our farmers. We foster a safe workplace free of chemicals and support our farmers by offering flexible hours, access to education, job training, job advancement opportunities, and social service assistance.
