Healing from the ground up CSA is special and unique in many ways. We have a lot of fun, but we also take our responsibility as growers of your food very seriously. If you sign up with the CSA, we strongly encourage you to attend one of the tours. We have found that connecting to your farmers and putting your feet on the ground here, adds a lot of value to the overall experience. Especially if it is your first time trying CSA. We keep it real simple here. We grow a wide variety of high energy, super nutritious food. We get all the food into bags by Thursday morning with the help of some amazing volunteers. Every Wednesday night, we post recipes that are specific to what is in the share that week. Boxes get picked up at the farm and at pick up locations all around San Diego on Thursday.
