Centre Plate Farms

Centre Plate Farms is a community-focused organization dedicated to addressing food justice, promoting public health, and empowering residents through education in food cultivation and preparation. With over 40 years of service to the Stockton community, Centre Plate Farms has played an instrumental role in tackling disparities related to obesity, asthma, and limited access to nutritious foods. Our mission centers on equipping Stocktonians, especially women and families in food deserts, with the knowledge and skills to grow and prepare their own food, fostering self-reliance and community resilience.
