Patel Ranch is a small family-owned avocado grove located in the scenic hills of De Luz, just minutes from Temecula in Southern California. Our ranch sits in a beautiful coastal microclimate known for producing high-quality avocados, supported by cool ocean breezes, fertile soil, and ideal growing conditions.
We are in the process of revitalizing this historic grove and restoring the land to its full potential. The ranch includes mature avocado trees along with newly planted trees that will continue to produce for many years to come. Our focus is on thoughtful land stewardship, sustainable farming practices, and growing fresh, flavorful avocados for our local community.
Our long-term vision is to build a family farm where people can connect with agriculture, nature, and the land. In the future, we hope to offer farm-direct avocados, seasonal produce, and opportunities for visitors to experience life on a working California ranch.
