CAFF provides membership on a pay-what-you-can basis. No donation is too small or too big. Just remember that when those who have the means to support more substantially step up, we can better serve those with less. Below rates are suggestions.

  • Non-Profit Organization: $100
  • Farmers Market: $100
  • Small Business: $200
  • Mid-Sized Business: $500
  • Corporate Membership: $1000
The form below can be used to become a first-time member or renew. This form is for signing up on behalf of a business/organization for a CAFF membership. Click on the corresponding buttons at the top of the page if you would like to sign up for membership as an individual or on behalf of a farm.
