Website Kibo Farm

Kibo Farm (www.kibosonoma.com) is seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic person to join our small but mighty farm crew for the 2026 season, from May through the end of November, five days per week.

We are a 5-acre family farm located outside Santa Rosa, CA in Sonoma County. Ā The farm is on the property of Belden Barns Winery (www.beldenbarns.com).

Our focus is on growing unique, high quality fruits and vegetables following organic principles and practices.Ā  We specialize in interesting varieties, particularly Asian vegetables as well as storage crops like popcorn and milling corn. Ā In addition to vegetables we have 1.5-acres of diverse tree fruit, primarily heirloom apples for cider. Ā We sell our produce wholesale through the F.E.E.D. Cooperative (www.feedsonoma.com) where it is distributed to restaurants, retailers and corporate campuses around the Bay Area. Ā Our dry goods and the cider we produce in collaboration with Belden Barns are sold primarily on-site and online to Belden Barns’ customers.

We are passionate about producing delicious food and sharing our knowledge about farming.Ā  The farm crew works closely with the farm owners to sow, transplant, harvest, wash and pack produce. Ā Other tasks include bed preparation, weeding, irrigating, and orchard care.Ā  The work can be strenuous, especially during the hottest days of the season, but also a lot of fun. We are looking for someone who enjoys physically demanding work outside and working collaboratively, and who has a genuine interest in food production.
