Full-time and Part-time Farm Team Member

Seven Moons Farm is a small farm in Sonoma specializing in offering high quality fruit and vegetables for local restaurants and farmers markets. While we grow a wide range of fruits and vegetables, Citrus and Avocados are our specialty. We currently farm over 10 acres and use organic farming methods to build soil through the use of compost, cover crops and rotational planting.

Job responsibilities will include harvesting, weeding, planting, washing, packing, pruning, greenhouse production, and some farmer’s marketeering.

Experience and Qualifications:

One season of vegetable production experience preferred but not necessary

Interest in sustainable farming and agriculture

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and enjoy working outside

Positive attitude

Compensation is $20-22 per hour, depending on experience. We believe that growing farmers is equally as important as growing produce. We speak Spanish.
