Seeking 1 reliable, hardworking & efficient Harvest & Pack Field Crew person to join our fun and upbeat Biodynamic CSA Farm crew in Freestone, West County. This position is 16 hours per week now through November. Thursdays & Fridays, 9am-5:30pm till April, and then Thursdays 9am-5:30pm & Fridays 6:30am-2:30pm (this schedule is not negotiable). Before our CSA deliveries begin in April, will be joining our crew of staff and interns in the field on cultivation, planting, winter cleanup projects, etc.

Must work well in a collaborative environment and have good observation skills to be able to jump in on what’s needed next with energy and initiative, and communicate effectively and respectfully with other team members. Attention to detail, beauty and tidiness a must, as this person will help with CSA quality control, and end of week site reset/cleanup. $25.00 per hour, plus prorated paid vacation and sick leave. Prior experience with CSA or Farmer’s Market Harvest & Pack or similar required.
