Karla is a regenerative farmer, rancher, and conservationist with two decades of experience in nonprofit leadership. Her career reflects a deep-rooted commitment to building community well-being and ecosystem resilience. Karla’s efforts are focused on fostering a vibrant network of passionate partners to advance CAFF’s mission to support thriving local communities, food systems, and ecosystems. Karla enjoys spending time on the land where she and her husband raise their two daughters, chickens, rabbits, and a small herd of cattle. When not in the garden, Karla can be found making music with friends, relaxing by the river, and exploring the woods.
