CAFF provides membership on a pay-what-you-can basis. No donation is too small or too big. Just remember that when those who have the means to support more substantially step up, we can better serve those with less. Below rates are suggestions.

  • New Farm: $30
  • Basic Farm Membership: $50
  • Established Farms: $100
  • Legacy Farms: $500
The form below can be used to become a first-time member or renew. This form is for signing up your farm for a CAFF membership. Click on the corresponding buttons at the top of the page if you would like to sign up for membership as an individual or on behalf of a non-profit or corporation (partner membership).
 
Or if you’d like to print and mail in your form/payment, more information is available here. CAFF is a 501(c)3 organization; your contribution is tax deductible to the extent allowable by law.
