Hensleigh Healthy Beef

Hensleigh Healthy Beef is a small family operated cow-calf operation in Sloughhouse, Ca. We raise cattle all naturally, without any growth hormones or antibiotics. Our cattle are raised on pasture, then finished on grain. We use a USDA processor (who dry ages for 3 weeks) and then we sell the amazing beef at a couple local farmers market.
