Rinky Dink Ranch is an organically managed one acre mini farm in the town of Rumsey. The farm grows pollinator crops, medicinal and culinary herbs, cultivated wild edibles, flowers and vegetables. Minimal tillage with hand tools only, and experimentation with occultation, various mulches and cover crops. Farm is irrigated with gravity flow from the Historic Rumsey Ditch. Marketing is via Capay Valley Farm Shop, direct to consumer and manufacturers, and upon certification, via retail outlets. Interested in specialty herb contract production.
