- Donations/Memberships
- California Small Farm Conference registration
- CAFF Jobs Board
- CAFF Farm Directory
- Technical assistance request forms filled out on our website
- Any applications and submission of information through CAFF’s grant management system Foundant, or other grant application forms
- Payment processing: Information is requested via payment processors/service providers such as Action Network, Square, and Stripe. This payment data is stored in our financial processing software.
- Technical assistance interactions: We may collect information from you with your consent when providing technical assistance, such as during field visits to your farm or over phone calls and via email.
- Indirect tracking: Usage and analytics details are collected automatically when interacting with our website via cookies, pixels, and other tracking technologies.
- Other sources: Other nonprofits and service providers may share information with CAFF.

We have organizational and technical processes and procedures in place to protect your personal information. We will require you to provide information for verification that can be matched with information you have previously provided us. If we locate information about you, your request will be honored within a reasonable time period.
If you would like to unsubscribe from any of our email newsletters, you can do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided at the bottom footer of the newsletter that was sent to your email.
How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals
At this time no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been made widely available. Therefore, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) requests at this time.
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance
CAFF’s website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
