No. CAFF does not sell personal information to any third parties, and will not sell any personal information in the future.

CAFF shares personal information when required by grant funders. If this is required, applicants will be notified up front as part of the application process. In other cases where we are able to, we anonymize reporting to our funding sources (such as government agencies, foundations, and nonprofit granting agencies). CAFF also hires third parties to provide administrative services, such as processing online payments and transactions, sending mailings, or managing databases, which requires CAFF to provide these parties with access to certain information.

We will require you to provide information for verification that can be matched with information you have previously provided us. How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

At this time no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been made widely available. Therefore, we do not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) requests at this time. 

Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) Compliance

CAFF’s website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Should we receive information (such as name, address, email, telephone, etc.) from a child known to be under 13, we will seek parental consent or provide parental notice in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
