Jade is serving as a GrizzlyCorps fellow with CAFF’s Ecological Farming team where she will be assisting them with resource development and provide help with Ecological Pest Management and Latinx Farmer Engagement Projects among others. Jade was born and raised on the Central Coast in California and recently received a Bachelor’s degree in Agroecology from the University of California, Santa Cruz. Through her upbringing in a very agriculture prominent region, she grew passionate about improving and localizing our agri-food systems. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting, watching movies, visiting the farmers market, cooking, reading, and traveling.
