Reyna Yagi

Groundwater Community Engagement Contractor, Sonoma

Reyna hails originally from the East Bay where she was first inspired to farm from her time immersed in the urban ag and food justice movement there. She’s been farming in Sonoma County since 2018, much of it with nonprofit Petaluma Bounty Farm and now has her own small-farm vegetable operation in Sebastopol, Yagi Sisters Farm. She aims for the farm to serve wider community goals with educational workshops, tours, and donation campaigns. She believes urban and small scale farming is a changemaker for building health and wellbeing in community. She values being back in water focused work and helping other farmers continue to thrive.
